It was still morning when @EnjoyBatam arrived at the Setokok Beach. The sea is still receding, we are treated to views of white sand that limits the lapping ocean waves lightly. The water marks left on the beautiful paintings on the soft beach sand. A beautiful color combination of white sand beaches, blue sea and green small islands which are scattered around Setokok Beach.
Shallow sea is the ideal place for children to swim. The time is going on when visitors are arriving more and more. They were happily swimming and running on the white sand. A small family is busy preparing fish and chicken that will be burned, it is a small BBQ party which is usually done by people who are traveling on Setokok Beach.
Amid the fresh sea breeze the small families are enjoying the BBQ. The sea starts to rise submerged sand beach partly. But the sea remains shallow as far as 100 meters from the beach. Majority of visitors are sitting in the ocean with his back to the sea. The waves hit them back, the waves were massaging their backs, it becomes a natural massage therapy.
Setokok Beach is located at Setokok Island which is in a group islands of Trans Barelang which is connected by Barelang Bridge. Precisely Setokok Beach is located 1 Km after 3rd Barelang Bridge, turn right to follow the paved path, winding and hilly aroud 2 Km. When walking the streets of this hill you will be treated the views of small hills and the blue expanse of ocean.
To go to the Setokok Beach you can use a taxi or rent a motorbike or car. The journey from Mukakuning about 45 minutes or 1 hour from Batam Center.
