Their tagline is cheap eatplaces and delicious food. That is not wrong. Because with its flagship menu, KARAWACI PACKAGE, the price offered is only 45 thousand Rupiah! Our Experience at Ayam Goreng Karawaci Batam
Well, last week (27/7/18) we had the opportunity to stop at the Fried Chicken Karawaci Batam with some friends. We tried mainstay menus. At 6 pm, we arrived at the location. The atmosphere of the 1st floor looks crowded by visitors. Chat for a moment, we went to the 2nd floor which is air-conditioned room.
We ordered several different menus to taste all the menus offered in this restaurant, such as Dory Fried Fish, Pepper Fish Dory, Duck Karawaci, and do not forget, the mainstay menu KARAWACI PACKAGE.
My first aim is PACKAGE KARAWACI, curious really with the fried young village chicken teasing. The texture is crisp and looks crispy. Chicken is not very big, because it is a young chickens.
Apparently, not only the appearance is crisp and crunchy, chicken chicken meat is soft and savory with a pervasive seasoning. What I like the most is the sambal bawang. The perfect combination of this KARAWACI PACKAGE in 1 package. This I recommend for you who just first time coming and eat in Ayam Goreng Karawaci Batam.
Next is milkfish and dory. The milkfish used is milkfish presto, so, eat directly with the bones, because already soft, hehee. Well, this new dory this time I see the presentation in the form of Pepes.
Pepes dory is tasty you know, the marinade seep into the soft flesh. The aroma is delicious because there is intervention of basil leaves that are included in Pepes. Furthermore, I haven’t tried the duck, since it was disappeared very fast. Eaten by my friend. Haha.
