Batam was rain on that afternoon when @EnjoyBatam is visiting Resto SAKAwhich newly grand opening. Upon entering the restaurant which is located in Ruko Mahkota Niaga Blok C No 19 Batam Center, the first impression is a unique restaurant furniture design. The furniture is made of wood with a very creative design and high artistic taste. Based on information from the owner of the restaurant, Ali Mahfudi, wood furniture is derived from scrap wood such as pallets commonly used industry in Batam. With his creativity Ali Mahfudi change the scrap wood into a unique restaurant furniture, flavored high art, and elegant. It was applied to the wood furniture desk chair and wall hangings that make Resto SAKA look unique and makes visitors stay longer to enjoy the dishes.
In addition to the unique furnishings, wall restaurant is also decorated with images of landscapes that are large so that adds cozy atmosphere inside the restaurant. There are also plastered menu and beverage complete with prices making it easier for visitors to select the desired menu.
After enjoying the interior, @EnjoyBatam ordered bone soup with rice and hot tea in order to warm the body after the rain. Shortly menu served at the table orders. The first try is the soup bones, hemmm feels fresh with the dominance of powerful herbs and spices. Then I added the spicy to mix into the soup bone. The meat soup bones feels soft and very tasteful, very suitable in combination with a spicy sauce with herbs and spices were dominant. In terms of taste the soup bones deserve a thumbs up. Atmosphere is cold outside because of the rain directly warmed by the joy of soup bones.
In addition to bone soup is also available dishes you must try in SAKA Resto, they are, snapper fish head curry, stew meat, fish soup, chicken soup, rawon, chicken penyet, grilled chicken, fried rice, and others.
