De Bottle BISTRO and PUB located in a superb location in the heart of Batam city. De Bottle Bistro & pub has dining room, meeting room and the sky garden restaurant & bar, all are created to be places of entertainment and destinations with artistic comfortable setting for your dining or leisure time enjoying wireless internet access. A secure and large parking area is also available for your vehicle during your stay.
The Places
This place is 4 floor high with 1 floor addition as they called it De Sky which is more a like a “stage” in the top of the building. Each floor has different function. Ground floor is the pub where you can have a lunch or take a drink. And there is also the wine shop called De Shop in the right area of the pub, where you can buy wine and else with city price. This ground level is open from lunch until close.
To go upstairs, you can go with an elevator or by stairs. Elevator is located on the left side which is enough for around 8 persons at once. The 2nd and 3rd floor are usually for dining or reserve for some event by their customer. They open for any event and ready to organize for you. They called this place as De Bunker.
For overall design of De Bottle BISTRO and PUB is western. They used western theme all around the place. It’s not strange as their major customers are foreigner. So they could find a “home touch” in the country they living now. Well, sure it is, when you go inside, its kinda look you are not in Batam anymore.

Next, the upstairs, or De Sky, as per me, it’s the main floor of De Bottle BISTRO and PUB. Why? It is because of the place, the view and the atmosphere. This highest floor only open when the buffet is start around 6 PM. It’s reasonable though because who wants to stay up there when the sun is still showed up? Hehehe.
Ok, then the view. On this high floor, you will see the city view at night with beautiful decoration itself. Moreover, there is additional “stage” which I told you earlier, so you can go higher than higher floor. But it only a few table there, so better if you want to get the table, reserve first! This place is crowded almost every night. Why? The buffet is in affordable price!
As of the food and drinks, it’s pretty good for me. Beer and wine is good also. Free flow beer for you who get buffet here. For the menus, you can check on their official website, a lot of menus you can try.
Not only that, De Bottle BISTRO and PUB also often create an event on their place such as Band Performance. Not to mention daily entertainment there. They can build stage all over the place, even in the upstairs is possible. So the place would be so lively.
