Bajafash 2017, Batam Jazz and Fashion will be Held on 13-14 May 2017

Batam Jazz and Fashion or also known as Bajafash will be back in this 2017. Bajafash 2017 will present international jazz musicians and of course the collaboration of music and fashion, as of the event theme, Batam Jazz and Fashion. Aside of that, there will be talkshows and make up demo. Let’s check out what will be in Bajafash 2017!

First day of Bajafash 2017

Bajafash 2017 will be held for 2 days, starting from 13 May to 14 May 2017 in Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam.

On the first day of 13 May 2017, there will be two talkshows with different topics; make up demo and designer runway exhibition. Other than that, there will be performance by local bands starting from 1 PM onwards.

Talkshow theme of the day will be “From Indonesia to the World: How local Indie Bands can make it abroad” with the speakers from indie band which already go international, Lightcraft and Ikkubaru. Interesting topics for you who have a band and wants to know how to spread wings abroad. Hear from the professionals directly.

Lightcraft is a Jakarta based indie band and starting their journey from 2004 when they are still finishing their study in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With their trademark “melancholy-wrapped anthemic sound”, they have release at least 6 indie album and the last one was in November 2016. They have international tour and gigs in some country in Asia, USA and Canada.

Second theme will be “How to Promote Music and Fashion by Digital Marketing” by Fingerfast Laboratory which established since 2002 in digital marketing.

Second day of Bajafash 2017

On the second day, Bajafash 2017 will have a performance from international jazz musician. They are Sheila Majid, Asian Rhythm Project, Geliga, Lightcraft, Soukma, and Ikkubaru.

At 4 PM, there will be a Designer Main Stage Runway. Choreography will be handled by well-known Choreographer, Sys Sakri.
