Labun Island is privately managed by Labun Island resort. So, to go here, you must arrange an advance booking. Otherwise, you may not able to enter this resort. This island has magnificent coral reefs and crystal clear sea water with best clarity. The fun is, it just in front of your cottage! You can see clearly the coral from the kelong or cottage.

How to go there?
Labun Island is on the southern island of Batam, around 65 km form the city, cross all 6 series of Barelang Bridge until reach Galang Baru Island. No public transportation available, hence, the best way to go there is thru trip organizer.
Gate to Labun Island port is always closed, unless you have appointment before. So, it is very important to make a booking first before your trip.
From Galang Baru port to Labun Island is only 10 to 15 minutes using speed boat or locals called it “pompong”, cute name though.
