Kepri Coral Resort is one of the newest beach tourist destinations in Batam. This new resort is located on Pengalap Island, an island located in the southern part of the island of Batam. Kepri Coral combines natural beauty and modern facilities, including exciting activities to pamper guests who come to visit.
There are 2 tour packages offered by Kepri Coral Resort, there are one day package and 2 days 1 night stay package, either at weekday or weekend. 2020 update: now at the same pricing and you can stay more than 2 days 1 night, you may contact their representative.
For the overnight package, rooms at the beach are provided, which are called Dome Village. While the other package is to stay at Kelong Fishing House. Kelong Fishing House is located in the middle of the sea and floats. So that visitors and guests will feel a different sensation when staying at Kepri Coral Resort.

The main purpose of Kepri Coral Resort kelong cabin room is to satisfy fishing hobbyists. With the inn above the sea, anglers can fish overnight on the sea. In addition, for other visitors, you can witness live processes of catching squid.

Sea Aquarium / Undersea World
Sea Aquarium is one of the mainstays of Kepri Coral Resort. This giant aquarium under sea water is located under the Floating Restaurant.
The Floating Restaurant is floating in the middle of the sea and anchored off the coast of Kepri Coral several tens of meters from the beach.
This restaurant is the first place to visit once reach Kepri Coral, where the ferry will be docked. Arrival and departure will be at this restaurant. Aside of that, this floating restaurant also be the place to relax, have lunch and some water activities like, fish feeding, snorkeling and banana boat.
Kepri Coral’s Sea Aquarium is like a basement with lanes for guests to see colourful live sea fish. The size of the room is not too big, but enough to entertain guests, especially the children.

Water Bike
The next exciting activity is a water bike or sea bike. This activity is included in the Kepri Coral tour package and can be enjoyed for a maximum of 30 minutes, and actually can be more if there is not much guest on the day. Apart from that, additional fees will be charged for rent.
With this special water bicycle, we can relax pedalling a bicycle while enjoying the gentle sea breeze. Waves that are not too large in the coastal area will not make us tired.
There are 2 types of sea bikes in Kepri Coral, which are single sea bikes with one seat and double with pillion seats. For you who are still single, just use singles! Hahaha.

Tarzan’s House
Not only the beach, Kepri Coral Resort also has a shady area on the edge of the Pengalap island forest.
It is located under the trees, behind the club house. This location is named Tarzan House. This house is not for a place to stay, but more for an attraction.
This Tarzan house is specially made for visitor attractions and unique selfie photos. Like a tree house, the main room of the Tarzan House is on a tree. The Tarzan House series is located between 3 trees and is connected with a wooden bridge. The main room is located in the middle tree.
While on the other two sides is a place to relax with swing chairs and seating. Suitable for enjoying the cool atmosphere under the tree and looking around the Kepri Coral area from the top of the Tarzan House.

Snorkeling
In addition to Sea Aquarium, guests can also enjoy the beauty of the underwater world in Kepri Coral by snorkeling. Snorkeling equipment has been provided and included in the package as well.
Kepri Coral Resort location is still in one waters with Abang Island. It still has similar characteristics to Abang Island. There are some interesting snorkeling spots here.
Snorkeling is indeed not the main activity here in Kepri Coral. Well, if you want to enjoy some more of snorkeling spots, you can try to come to Abang Island or Petong Island. We also have a special snorkeling packages on Abang Island or on Petong Island. These packages are specifically for full day snorkeling in more than one snorkeling spot.

Swimming Pool
In addition to white sand beaches and clean blue sea water, Kepri Coral also has a swimming pool. So, for those who are satisfied playing on the beach, can move to the pool.
Or for those who bring children, can bring their children to play in the swimming pool, free of waves. There is also a slide on one side of the pool as a play activity.

Banana Boat and Kayak
Banana boat! An exciting and quite adrenaline water game. More exciting if you are busy with your friends.
A rubber balloon is shaped like a banana breaking the waves pulled by a speedboat. Then intentionally, the speedboat will turn sharply and pull the banana boat until the passengers bounce into the sea. It’s fun right!
Well, for those who want to be rather relaxed, they can play like that. And this is also included in the Kepri Coral Resort package, whether it’s one day or overnight. Only, time is limited! But don’t worry, you can rent it back if you are not satisfied enough.
There are 2 types of Kayak in Kepri Coral, single and double. Both can be played for free. More photos at the end of this page.
Fish and Shark Feeding
Shark? Don’t be afraid, there is staff standby there all the time to assist the guests. Maybe some of you are doing the first time feeding. So, don’t miss this opportunity! Fish feeding and shark feeding area is attached at floating restaurant.
And this is also included in the package offered by Kepri Coral Resort.
[NEW] Mangrove Forest
This mangrove forest is quite new attraction in Kepri Coral, located at the block B, the other side of main area or block A. To go there, you can use buggy or shuttle service from the club house. There are also domes there at block B.
You can explore mangrove forest by following provided track. There are also gazebos facing the beach, where you can spend the time for sunset. That is the best spot to enjoy the sunset.
Well, that’s 7 8 Exciting Activities You Can Do in Kepri Coral Resort that can be your reference before deciding to vacation there. Until this article was published on February 13, 2019, there was still one “flaw” in Kepri Coral.
The disadvantage is that every guest who wants to visit Kepri Coral must meet the minimum number of guests, which is 10 people. This number does not have to be in 1 group, but can join other groups. Meaning:
Not necessarily able to leave every day.Must always communicate in order to get updates about minimum quota.
This can be understood. It could be because the operational costs are quite high considering the location of the Kepri Coral Resort which is indeed far from the city of Batam.
Hopefully later it will be easier to get there, guys! So the costs can also be more affordable and can leave at any time. So, when will you come here?
